The admission process of Sikkim will be Conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, Sikkim. NEET Seat Matrix is the number of seats available in various Private and Government Medical and Dental Colleges of the state. Directorate of Technical Education, Sikkim is the authority that will be conducting the Counselling and Admission process of Sikkim.
The process of Sikkim counseling in 2021 will be held offline. Candidates have to be physically present before the counseling committee along with all the required documents in order to be eligible for admission to Sikkim.
Counseling Committee reserves the right to withdraw the name of the candidate from the merit list of state, if any, placed inadvertently who is not eligible to be placed in the state merit list due to any reason.

Process of counseling:
Registration: All the merit listed candidates who wish to participate in the counseling procedure for admission must register in due time.
Document Verification: The candidate has to attend the document verification session and get his/her online application authenticated. In case of emergency, any authorized person on behalf of the candidate can attend on the production of the authorization letter of the candidate. The candidate has to submit self-attested copies of documents along with Originals.
Choice Locking: The candidate has to submit his/her choice of course and college in order of preference as per schedule.
Seat Allotment: College and course will be allotted on merit basis. The candidate has to deposit the original College Leaving Certificate / School Leaving Certificate as the case may be and will be issued a provisional admission letter.
Reporting to the Allotted College: The candidate must report before the authority of the institution allotted within the stipulated date as notified and submit a copy of the provisional admission letter for completion of the admission process at the institutional level.
Candidates must carry the allotment letter along with other required documents while reporting to the allotted college.

iii) Four passport size photographs as pasted in the NEET application form.
iv) Domicile Certificate, if applicable.
v) Minority certificate, if applicable.

ix) Permanent Caste Certificate.
x) Passing certificate of having studied from Class 6 to 12 from an institution in the state.
xi) Income certificate if claiming fee exemption.

xiv) Certificate of physical disability, as applicable.
