neural system consist of paired ganglia connected by lateral nerves to a double ventral nerve cord.
this statement is given in NCERT in PHYLUM ANNELIDA but sir didn,t explain it.

Alisha in non chordates normally we can see ventral double solid nervous system means they have ventral(at lower part), double --2 rod like structure and are solid in nature.. In chordates a single dorsal(upper) hollow(tube like) structure is present... If u are satisfied with this answer I am happy
